When any Issuance Agency (e.g., ACRA) introduces a new entity type, CDP Admins (formerly known as Agency Admins or AAs) should promptly assess whether the new entity type is eligible to transact with your digital services onboarded to Corppass.
If the new entity type is eligible, you must manually add it via the Corppass Developer Portal (CDP)* or Corppass Agency Admin Portal**, as Corppass will not automatically update this. This manual step ensures you have control over the entity types permitted to interact with your digital service.
Note: Communications regarding entity eligibility should be managed directly by the respective Relying Parties (RPs) on their platforms.
Steps to Add a New Entity Type
Via Corppass Developer Portal (CDP):
- Log in to the CDP Portal.
- Select the relevant digital service and click Edit.
- Navigate to Advanced Settings.
- Add the new entity type and Save.

Via Corppass Agency Admin Portal:
- Log in to the AA Portal.
- Navigate to Manage e-Services → Set up/Edit e-Service.
- Select the relevant digital service.
- Under "UEN Entity Type", click the "+" button to add the new entity type.
- Click Submit.
** Please note that the Corppass Agency Admin Portal will be decommissioned by 30 June 2025.
