Question: I am not able to find my e-Service to the test entity that I am given.
Answer:
1. Ensure your e-Service is active
Log in to Corppass Developer Portal and check if your e-Service have status "Active".
To activate, click on "Activate" on the top left corner. Do take note that once a digital service is published and in an 'Active' state, certain configurations cannot be modified - more information here.
2. Check Allowed Entity Type
Most of the test entity provided to you for testing have entity type "Businesses" or "Local Company". Please ensure you include these 2 entity types to the list of Allowed Entity Type under Advanced Setting.
3. Check if the e-Service is already assigned to the test entity.
a. Go to https://stg-home.corppass.gov.sg/portal and log in to the Corppass Admin account.
b. Select the relevant test entity
c. Click on View Entity's e-Service Access
d. Search for the e-Service name e.g. Corppass Developer Portal. If it can be found, it means you have selected the e-Service for the test entity. You may proceed to assign the e-Service to the test account.
