Question: I am not able to assign my e-Service to the test account that I am given.
Answer:
1. Check that your e-Service is activated.
Log in to Corppass Developer Portal and check if your e-Service have status "Active".
2. Check that you have selected the e-Service for the test entity
Log in to https://stg-home.corppass.gov.sg/portal and refer to the steps here - slide 5 onwards
If you are not able find the e-Service for the test entity, refer to this article.
3. Check that the e-Service is not already assigned to the Corppass user.
Log in to https://stg-home.corppass.gov.sg/portal and select the relevant entity. Then click on View My Assigned e-Services.
If you can find your e-Service there, it means that the e-Service is already assigned to the test account. You may proceed with testing.
